Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Technical Lead for Linear Infrastructure to lead planning, design, and delivery of water and conveyance projects across the Mid-Atlantic. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams, develop proposals, manage budgets, and build client relationships in a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or related field) from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment, focusing on conveyance and water infrastructure design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of storm and sanitary sewer conveyance and watermain distribution projects.
• Manage a team of design professionals and technicians; mentor staff and build high-performing project teams.
• Develop proposals, manage scopes, budgets, staffing, and schedules; ensure quality reviews.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders; drive business development and client relationships.
• Oversee design and construction of projects; develop project management plans and objectives.
