Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or transformational initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive reporting.
• PM certification preferred (PMP, Prosci, Scrum) but not required.
• Knowledge of change management, adoption planning, and governance practices.
