Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with firm strategy. You will drive governance, risk management, planning, and executive reporting to ensure on-time delivery across internal and client-facing implementations.

The role supports change readiness, adoption planning, and successful implementation of new processes and technologies, with remote or location-flexible options for qualified professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects or transformational initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive reporting.
• PMP, Prosci Change Management, Scrum, or related certification preferred but not required.
• Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, risk, and dependencies with leadership oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives with governance, execution, and value realization.
• Develop and improve EPMO standards, tools, templates, and governance practices.
• Create detailed project plans, milestones, and interdependencies.
• Align stakeholders across leaders, teams, and external partners.
• Produce executive-ready status, risk summaries, and milestone reviews.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; escalate with mitigation plans.
• Define implementation roadmaps, coordinate decisions, and remove barriers.
• Drive change readiness, adoption planning, and successful process/technology rollouts.
• Coach teams on governance and disciplined execution.
