Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent professional or educational experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or transformational initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive reporting
• PMP, Prosci Change Management, Scrum, or related project management certification preferred
• Experience with organizational change management methodologies and adoption planning
• Experience aligning executive sponsors, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives with governance, alignment, and value realization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and interdependencies.
• Coordinate decisions and remove barriers to maintain momentum.
• Deliver executive-ready status reports, risk summaries, and milestone reviews.
• Coach teams on governance expectations and risk management.
• Drive change readiness and adoption of new processes/technologies.
