Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent professional or educational experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or transformational initiatives.
• PMP, Prosci Change Management, Scrum, or related project management certification preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and adoption planning techniques.
• Experience facilitating alignment among executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives, establish project governance, and enable cross-functional execution.
• Provide leadership visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and value realization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and interdependencies.
• Drive executive-ready reporting, risk summaries, and milestone reviews.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies; escalate critical concerns with mitigation plans.
• Coach teams on governance expectations and disciplined project execution.
• Partner with business leaders to drive change readiness and adoption of new processes.
