Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with the firm’s strategic objectives. This role may be remote or located at any firm office and requires proactive leadership across strategy delivery and governance.

You will develop detailed plans, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver executive-level reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, PMP/Prosci/Scrum certifications are a plus, and you will mentor teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or transformational initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive reporting.
• PMI/Prosci/Scrum certifications preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning techniques.
• Strong planning, governance, and execution capabilities across complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic initiatives and governance across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and interdependencies.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; escalate critical concerns with mitigations.
• Drive executive-ready reporting and communication, including status updates and milestone reviews.
• Coach project teams on governance expectations and accountability.
• Partner with leaders to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
