Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and capital projects. You will establish governance, operating models, and portfolio practices while guiding multi-workstream delivery and executive reporting.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring projects meet schedule and budget goals across complex facilities. Travel to client sites may be required up to 100% depending on project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or related field.
• 8–14 years of experience as a project engineer or project manager in petrochemical/industrial sectors.
• Experience leading major capital projects from design through commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance frameworks, operating models, and management routines for project execution.
• Establish portfolio management processes and performance measurement systems.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Partner with client leadership to align delivery with objectives and priorities.
• Drive organizational effectiveness to improve delivery, teamwork, and decisions.
• Create executive presentations and dashboards for leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts across projects.
