Syner-G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and complex capital projects, establishing governance, operating models, and portfolio management practices. You will drive execution, stakeholder alignment, and executive decision-making across multiple workstreams.

The role requires a blend of project management expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, Business, or related field.
• 8–14 years of experience as a project engineer or project manager in industrial sectors.
• Experience supervising contractors across multiple disciplines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop project governance frameworks and operating models.
• Establish portfolio management processes and performance measurement.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Coordinate with client leadership to align delivery with business priorities.
• Drive organizational effectiveness to improve delivery and efficiency.
• Create executive presentations and dashboards for leadership.
