Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and complex capital projects, establishing governance, operating models, and portfolio management practices. You will drive execution, align stakeholders, and deliver on time and within budget across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 8–14 years in project management, with experience in major capital projects, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and strong communication with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project governance frameworks, operating models, decision‑making structures, and management routines that support effective execution and accountability.
• Establish portfolio management processes, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement systems across multiple projects and initiatives.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of risks, issues, and decisions.
• Partner with client leadership to align project delivery strategies with organizational objectives and business priorities.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives that improve project delivery, team collaboration, operational efficiency, and decision‑making.
