Job summary

Syner-G in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects, preferably in lab/office or cGMP manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of safe construction practices, with a proven track record in commissioning, project management, and compliance with cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, construction).
• 4-9 years of experience on large, complex engineering projects with biotech context and cGMP exposure.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience within the biotech industry with proven knowledge of cGMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner’s representative on large, complex construction projects, preferably in lab/office or cGMP manufacturing environments.
• Work on multi-employer sites with multiple contractors.
• Take projects from design through construction and into commissioning.
• Write commissioning strategy/plan and protocols for large projects.
• Review technical submissions from architecture/engineering firms, system integrators, equipment manufacturers, and owner's engineering groups.
