Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage construction and engineering projects from planning through commissioning and closeout. This role coordinates project activities, maintaining schedules and budgets, ensuring work aligns with quality and regulatory expectations.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project execution, with travel to client sites up to 100% based on project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; PMP is a plus.
• Experience in project engineering or management in industrial environments preferred.
• Experience managing capital projects from design through construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Project Director informed of progress, risks, and issues with recommended solutions.
• Review A&E drawings and construction specs for compliance.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and technical clarifications.
• Assist with startup and close-out checklists.
• Read and manage plans, contracts, purchase orders, and specs.
• Maintain as-built documentation and turnover documents.
• Coordinate TOCC to facilities operations and ensure proper transition.
