Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and engineering projects from planning through commissioning and closeout, coordinating activities, schedules, and budgets while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution, including turnover to operations and documentation control. Travel to client sites may be required up to 100% based on project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 4–9 years in project management in industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating capital projects from design to turnover.
• Experience with multiple contractors across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Project Director informed of progress, risks, and issues with recommended mitigations.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings and construction specs.
• Respond to RFIs, submittals, and technical clarifications; manage startup and close‑out checklists.
• Read, interpret, and manage project plans, contracts, and related documents; maintain as‑built records.
• Coordinate and support contractors; ensure minimal disruption to operations; support turnover to facilities.
