Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and engineering projects from planning through commissioning and closeout, coordinating activities to meet budgets and schedules while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%, with collaboration across clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 4–9 years of project engineering/PM experience in industrial settings.
• Experience managing capital projects from design through commissioning.
• Experience in active operating facilities and handover of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Inform Project Director of progress, risks and issues with recommended mitigations.
• Review A&E drawings and construction specifications.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and clarifications.
• Prepare startup/closeout checklists and turnover documentation.
• Read and manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and project docs.
• Maintain accurate as-built docs and TOCC handover processes.
• Use ProCore/E-Builder/Prolog and MS Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Coordinate with contractors, client reps and internal teams.
• Conduct site walks, verify progress and resolve field issues.
• Prepare daily reports and progress photos.
• Ensure safety docs are reviewed with EHS teams.
