Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic client initiatives and complex capital projects while establishing and advancing project governance, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and portfolio management practices.

This role is responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, executive decision-making, and performance management across multiple workstreams and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8–14 years of project management experience in industrial sectors.
• Experience managing major capital projects from design through handover.
• Strong communication with client stakeholders and executives.
• Familiarity with PM software and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project governance, operating models, and decision-making structures.
• Establish portfolio management processes, reporting frameworks, and KPIs across multiple projects.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews; escalate risks and decisions.
• Partner with client leadership to align delivery with business objectives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness to improve delivery and collaboration.
• Create executive communications, dashboards, and leadership reports.
