Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a CBRE | T&T Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services for assigned markets, guiding projects from initiation to completion.

Lead project delivery for singular real estate projects, coordinating with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, and risk management while ensuring governance and data integrity.

Requires 5–8 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and preferred LEED AP, PMP, CCM designations; on-site work may be required in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
• Experience coordinating with clients and project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Establish project governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve objectives and budget.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor project progress and variances.
• Apply standard principles to deliver innovative solutions and coach others.
