Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to provide consulting services for assigned markets or high-profile client accounts, helping achieve strategic business objectives. You will manage projects from initiation through completion within the Project Management function.

This role requires coordinating scope, budget, milestones, and resources, while maintaining schedule, risk management, and high-quality delivery across multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, budget, work plan, milestones and quality control.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations.
• Deliver charter and integrated timelines and keep work on schedule.
• Escalate issues and lead regular project status meetings with multi-discipline teams.
• Guide project teams through implementation, sharing expertise across functions.
• Contribute to new products, processes and standards to support functional goals.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively and influence senior stakeholders.
