Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services for assigned market accounts and help achieve strategic business objectives. This role sits within the Project Management function, overseeing projects from initiation through completion.

You will manage all areas of project delivery for real estate projects, coordinating with clients on scope, budget, milestones and risk. Strong analytical skills and PMP/LEED/CCM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare project elements: scope, resources, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control and risk.
• Define delivery resources, solicit proposals, evaluate bids and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets and schedules; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
