Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Manager to deliver management for multi-use facility real estate projects. You’ll oversee from initiation through completion, coordinating design, construction, and occupancy while working with clients in the Eastern Time Zone.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in project management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and knowledge of Kahua and D365. Travel up to 50% regionally is expected; LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combo of experience and education considered.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Kahua and D365 or ERP familiarity

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, and milestones.
• Define delivery resources; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Implement project governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the delivery team with guidance to achieve goals and report progress.
• Identify threats, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
