Job summary

Turner & Townsend is currently seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee and manage various Commercial Real Estate projects for a large client with facilities throughout the U.S. The Project Manager will lead high-end commercial real estate projects related to expansions, consolidation, capital improvements, rightsizing and exits.

The candidate will work from one of the Turner & Townsend offices. The position requires 40% to 50% travel and entails managing projects from initiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in project management for CRE/real estate
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects in parallel
• Experience managing high-end interior or commercial real estate projects preferred
• Strong communication and client-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management: budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope, budgets, and milestones
• Coordinate resources, conduct bid analyses, and recommend vendors or consultants
• Maintain project documentation governance and regular status reporting to the Director
• Facilitate meetings and ensure projects stay on time and within budget
