Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager in construction in California. You will manage all phases of real estate projects from planning through closeout and work directly with clients on scope, budgets, and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation preferred.
• Advanced math skills and ability to perform financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, budgets, work plans, milestones, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists and conduct standard RFPs and bid evaluations.
