Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a CBRE Project Management Consultant to drive project management services for real estate initiatives, from initiation through completion. You will manage scope, budget, milestones, and governance while working closely with clients to turn challenges into opportunity.

Responsibilities include leading delivery resources, preparing proposals, ensuring data integrity, and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, experience may be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze multiple information sources and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including scope, budget, milestones, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Define resources and conduct requests for proposals, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Guide the project delivery team to achieve objectives and report status and variances.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and contingency actions to reduce project risk.
• Apply standard principles to deliver innovative solutions and coach team members.
