Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an experienced PMO Program Manager to lead program governance, benefits realization and the execution plan within our Real Estate portfolio. You will coordinate multi-project delivery, manage the program master schedule, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across capital investment initiatives.

A Bachelor's in construction/engineering and 3+ years in construction programs are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
• Experience with managing a program of connected projects with value.
• Proven record of implementing processes on construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop the defined programs strategic business case covering all projects or programs within scope.
• Define and fulfill benefits, objectives, and success criteria aligned to the strategic case.
• Gather and record execution scope requirements in the program charter or plan.
• Define program RACI including roles and responsibilities.
• Document lean processes and procedures for managing programs throughout a life cycle.
• Produce and maintain the program framework / playbook including execution plan and methodology.
• Maintain tools and templates aligned to the execution plan and methodology.
• Implement an information management system providing a single source of truth.
• Analyze, prioritize, and control projects and programs against strategic objectives.
• Manage resource planning and forecasting aligned to the business case.
• Identify stakeholders and manage communication and input.
• Manage the master schedule driven by data at project or program level.
• Assess impact of connected projects and resolve interface issues.
• Analyze program risk and opportunities and their cost/schedule impact.
• Define approach to continuous improvements aligned with benefits.
• Oversee capital project delivery within governance, schedule, and budget.
