Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a seasoned Project Manager II to oversee multiple construction projects from planning through completion. You will mentor junior staff, manage client relations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards on active job sites.

Qualified applicants have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of project management experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Experience supervising project staff and coordinating with clients, A/E and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise and train Project Assistants and/or Project Manager I.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Negotiate change orders and manage change quotations with clients.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage project finances.
