Job summary

Rosendin Electric is hiring a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with attentive service. You’ll support several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

Responsibilities include planning, supervising tasks, preparing estimates, tracking costs, managing change orders, and coordinating with foremen and division managers to stay on schedule and budget. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a construction project management role.
• Proficient with MS Office and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under Senior PM/Division Manager guidance.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, and ensure policy adherence.
• Prepare complete project estimates from plans and bid forms.
• Establish objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
