Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Manager II to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence on multiple concurrent projects.

This role requires developing and mentoring staff, managing budgets, schedules, and change orders on active construction sites. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 5+ years of project management experience in construction, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects from planning through completion
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service
• Mentor and train junior staff and project assistants
• Plan, organize, and direct project objectives, budgets, and schedules
• Prepare change orders and quotations for client approval
• Manage project financials including progress billing and expenses
