Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee two to four concurrent small-to-medium projects or one large project, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery. You will mentor staff, develop project objectives, and manage budgets and change orders.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction or related fields and at least 5 years of PM experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and Oracle. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of Senior PM or Division Manager.
• Supervise Project Assistants and PM I as needed.
• Manage change orders and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and A/E for construction activities.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage project finances.
