Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee two to four small/medium projects or one to two large projects from planning through completion. You will ensure client satisfaction, manage costs, and mentor junior staff on a high-growth, employee-owned team.

The role requires a 5+ year PM background, a construction or civil engineering degree, and strong communication; travel up to 25% is expected across active sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Strong performance management and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under the direction of a Senior PM.
• Manage change orders and client communications on multiple projects.
• Prepare costing and billing reports and support business development.
• Mentor Project Assistants and PM I when needed.
