Rosendin Electric, Inc. invites applications for a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with exemplary service.

The role supports several small-to-medium projects or one large project under Senior PM supervision, requiring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of PM experience in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including task assignment and planning.
• Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact and assess scope, schedule, and resources.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise change orders and negotiate changes.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances to protect the company’s interest.
