Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Strategic Initiatives team. You will lead the execution of energy efficiency and capital improvement programs across a distributed portfolio, coordinating with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and monitoring 20+ concurrent projects, managing budgets and ROI, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of building construction experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekend work.
• Working knowledge of building systems and construction processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ concurrent projects across a distributed portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement teams.
• Coordinate with site contacts and regional stakeholders to align delivery with site needs.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Track budgets, costs, and savings; validate ROI and energy reduction outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using PM tools (Ingenious.Build).
• Conduct site visits to uphold safety standards and codes.
