Manage LED lighting upgrades, energy efficiency, sustainability, and capital improvements while coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in building construction, travel up to 40%, and flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of building construction experience with proven ability to manage 20+ projects concurrently across a distributed portfolio.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and perform site visits, including walking job sites and inspecting facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and design-build delivery methods.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ concurrent, similarly scoped projects (LED lighting upgrades, energy efficiency, sustainability, and capital improvements) across a distributed, multi-site portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout, standardizing execution approaches to maintain consistency across sites.
• Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Collaborate with construction project team members and cross-functional partners across engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement.
• Coordinate with local site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders to align delivery with site-specific needs.
• Partner with design-build and turnkey service providers, monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Track project-level budgets, costs, and savings, supporting ROI validation and energy reduction outcomes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using program management tools, including Ingenious.Build.
• Conduct site visits to uphold a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
