Qualifications

• 5–10 years of building construction experience with distributed portfolio oversight.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and flexible for after-hours work.
• 3+ years of energy efficiency or sustainability construction experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and design-build delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ concurrent projects across a distributed, multi-site portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation to closeout with standardized approaches.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality; escalate risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement teams.
• Coordinate with site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders on site needs.
• Coordinate with design-build and turnkey providers; monitor contractor performance.
• Track budgets, costs, and ROI; validate energy savings and sustainability outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using project-management tools.
