You will oversee LED lighting upgrades, energy efficiency, sustainability, and capital improvement projects with a strong field-level construction focus.

The role requires 5–10 years of construction experience, ability to travel up to 40%, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ concurrent, similarly scoped projects across a distributed, multi-site portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout, standardizing execution approaches.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality, escalating risks as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement.
• Coordinate with site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders to align delivery.
• Partner with design-build and turnkey providers, ensuring safety and compliance.
