Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Strategic Initiatives team across a distributed, multi-site portfolio. You will manage LED lighting upgrades, energy efficiency, sustainability, and capital improvements while coordinating with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of building construction experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and conduct site visits.
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.
• Working knowledge of building systems and design-build delivery methods.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ concurrent, similarly scoped projects across a distributed, multi-site portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout, standardizing execution for consistency across sites.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality, escalating risks and issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with local site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders to align with site needs.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Track budgets, costs, and savings, validating ROI and energy reduction outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using Ingenious.Build.
• Conduct site visits to uphold a zero-incident safety culture and codes compliance.
