Qualifications

• 5–10 years of building construction experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.
• Working knowledge of building systems and design-build delivery.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.
• Solutions-oriented approach in multi-site environments.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ concurrent projects across a distributed, multi-site portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement.
• Coordinate with local site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders.
• Partner with design-build and turnkey providers to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Track budgets and savings, validating ROI and energy reductions.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using program management tools.
• Conduct site visits to uphold safety and compliance.
