Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a Senior Project Manager for our Strategic Initiatives team. You will lead multi-site capital projects, including LED lighting upgrades and sustainability initiatives, spanning Albuquerque, NM; Dallas, TX; and Phoenix, AZ.

Expect 40% travel with site visits and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver on time and on budget. You will manage a high-volume project portfolio, standardize delivery, and partner with design‑build and turnkey providers

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of building construction experience, including multiple projects
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and conduct site visits
• Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work
• Working knowledge of building systems and design‑build delivery
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms
• Proven ability to manage a large project portfolio across sites

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ concurrent, similarly scoped projects across a distributed multi-site portfolio
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality; escalate risks
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement
• Coordinate with site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure safety and quality
• Track budgets, costs, and energy savings; support ROI validation
• Maintain project documentation using PM tools and reportings
• Conduct site visits to uphold a zero-incident safety culture
