• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.

• Track record delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.

Aufgaben

• Manage 20+ concurrent, similarly scoped projects across a distributed, multi-site portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout, standardizing execution across sites.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards; escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement teams.
• Coordinate with local site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders.
• Partner with design‑build and turnkey providers; monitor contractor performance for quality and safety.
• Track budgets, costs, and savings; support ROI validation and energy reduction outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using program tools such as Ingenious.Build.
• Conduct site visits to uphold zero‑incident safety culture and codes compliance.
