Qualifications

• 5–10 years of building construction experience with multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and conduct site visits.
• Occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate schedules.
• 3+ years in energy efficiency, LED retrofits, or sustainability construction.
• Good knowledge of building systems, design-build delivery, and PM tools.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Solutions-oriented approach in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ concurrent, similarly scoped projects across a distributed portfolio.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects from initiation through closeout.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality; escalate risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement.
• Coordinate with site contacts, facility managers, and regional stakeholders.
• Partner with design-build and turnkey providers; monitor contractor performance.
• Track budgets, costs, and savings; validate ROI and energy outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting using PM tools; conduct site visits for safety.
