Skanska USA Building Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager- Mission Critical to lead large, complex construction programs from preconstruction through closeout.

This role requires strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, and a proven ability to align client expectations with contractual and financial objectives. You will collaborate with executives, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to drive safe, on-time delivery, manage procurement and change control, and mentor

Qualifications

6+ years proven track record delivering large, complex projects.
Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience maintaining or improving project profitability.
Strong leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead project strategy, budgeting, and scheduling.
Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change management.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Mentor and develop project teams for performance.
