Skanska USA Building Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction to closeout in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with superintendents, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while upholding quality and contract requirements. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a commitment to Skanska's safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years proven track record of client satisfaction.
• 3+ years delivering on-time projects.
• 3+ years maintaining or exceeding profit targets for projects.
• 3+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• 3+ years experience developing a culture of safety.
• 3+ years experience creating and maintaining a culture of quality assurance and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, execution, and administrative management of construction projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with superintendents, project engineers, clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance throughout project delivery.
