Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a Director - Project to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will set strategy, guide high-performing teams, and ensure safety, quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to foster collaboration across project teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 10+ years developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 10+ years managing and developing successful teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish project strategy, direct high-performing teams, and drive safety, quality, client satisfaction, budget, schedule, and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients, project executives, managers, design partners, consultants, and trade partners to develop execution plans.
