Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of client satisfaction.
• 3+ years delivering on-time projects.
• 3+ years maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 3+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 3+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, clients, architects, and subcontractors to align goals and drive execution.
• Promote safety, collaboration, and client satisfaction across all phases.
• Develop and mentor project teams to strengthen client confidence and project outcomes.
