Job summary

Skanska USA Building Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating superintendents, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

You will drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction, manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting, and promote Skanska’s culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 3+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 3+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 3+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, coordination, execution, and administration of construction projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction and procurement through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, change management processes, procurement activities, and project reporting.
• Align project goals with stakeholders and drive execution to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.
• Promote accountability, safety, quality, and client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.
