You will guide the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, cost control, and quality align with client expectations and Skanska’s standards. • 6+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 6+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 6+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 6+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 6+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 6+ years managing and developing successful teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership, direction, and oversight for large, complex construction projects.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project strategy.
• Ensure safety, schedule milestones, quality standards, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project performance and communicate with stakeholders to maintain trust and accountability.
