Job summary

Skanska USA Building Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and contract compliance while delivering client value.

You will coordinate with superintendents, engineers, clients, architects, and subcontractors, manage budgets and reporting, and drive continuous improvement as part of Skanska's culture of inclusion and excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 3+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 3+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 3+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, coordination, execution, and admin management of construction projects.
• Direct project budgets, forecasts, schedules, contracts, change management, procurement and reporting.
• Collaborate with superintendents, project engineers, clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to align goals and drive execution.
