Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead project direction, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize financial outcomes. You will manage owner and subcontractor relationships while mentoring on-site staff and upholding a culture of safety and quality.

This role favors candidates with semiconductor/cleanroom and mission-critical facility experience, and a construction management background. Candidates should have 3+ years in client satisfaction, delivery, and profit-target performance,

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 3+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 3+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 3+ years experience managing subcontractor relationships.
• 3+ years experience supporting semiconductor, advanced technology, microchip manufacturing, cleanroom, and/or other mission-critical facility construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes.
• Administer owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects.
• Direct and mentor on-site staff.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
