Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Executive to lead one or more large, complex construction projects or a portfolio for Skanska USA Building Inc. This senior leader oversees all phases from preconstruction to closeout with accountability for safety, client satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 10+ years managing and developing successful teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Ensure safety, client satisfaction, financial performance, operational excellence, and team development.
• Foster collaboration, ethics, inclusion, and continuous improvement while advancing project performance and growth.
• Mentor project leaders and strengthen organizational capability.
