Job summary

Skanska USA Building Inc. seeks a Project Executive, a senior operations leader responsible for the overall direction, performance, and successful delivery of large construction projects or a portfolio.

You will provide executive leadership across preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout, with accountability for safety, client satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
• 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
• 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• 10+ years managing and developing successful teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across all phases of project delivery.
• Drive strategic decision-making and risk management with cross-functional teams.
