Job summary

MedAcuity, LLC in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple programs from initiation to delivery. You will plan scope, schedule and cost, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive quality and timely completion on complex medical device, robotics, and software projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in program management, strong proficiency with Jira/Confluence/SharePoint, and proven leadership under Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience as a Program OR Project Manager.
• Ability to lead and manage teams with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency using project planning tools (Jira, Confluence, Project Planner, SharePoint, SmartSheet, etc.)
• Comfort working within the Agile | Scrum methodology.
• Ability to manage budget and schedule to support successful delivery to clients, including execution of SOWs and Change Orders.
• Adept at problem solving and collaboration.
• Provide proactive and resourceful resolution to issues.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple capital and non-capital projects.
• Develop and/or oversee scope of work, schedule, cost estimates, stakeholder plan, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate programs/projects activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce quality control of project implementation.
• Participate in contract procurement of professional services and amendments.
• Identify changes in scope and replan budgets/timelines accordingly.
• Provide input for project costs and budget impact.
• Track and report progress, including change control.
• Analyze performance and adjust as needed to meet objectives.
• Provide regular status updates to clients via Status Reports/Meetings.
• Occasional travel to local customers around greater Boston north to southern NH.
