Job summary

MedAcuity, Inc. in Westford, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation through delivery.

You will coach teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule requirements while advocating best practices in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience managing budgets and change control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience as a Program OR Project Manager.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams with minimal oversight.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in budget and schedule management for client delivery.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital and non-capital projects.
• Develop scopes, schedules, costs, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control per best practices in project delivery.
• Track progress, costs, and schedule; manage changes.
• Provide status updates to clients regularly.
• Travel to local customers around greater Boston area as needed.
