Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience mentoring project managers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality frameworks for software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of software-focused project managers.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee software development programs from definition to commercialization.
• Identify risks and manage dependencies across multiple programs.
• Ensure adherence to PM processes, schedules, and reporting.
